This hotel was expensive, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the pool was closed, the power was not working in our bathroom, and we had no hot water. Plus, after complaining about the room, we were told "too bad, we don't have any other rooms". This hotel was horrible and we will NEVER go back! more

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the staff was very accommodating, very friendly, and handled all my questions and requests promptly. Great breakfast! The room was very comfortable and the I loved the pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel. more

We were charged a 'safe fee' and for a long distance, which we didn't use either of those things. Front desk did take off the charges but you have to ask. Make sure you check your bill! Corridors and elevators need to be fixed. Many times closet doors were open in the hallway showing old furniture which was not nice... more

Made reservations by phone for non-smoking, King bed. Check-in went smoothly, except the room we were given was a queen bed and the room had an unpleasant smell. After staying here when the hotel was something else and it was awful!!! This was better. The rooms are somewhat upgraded but they are still small and dirty.
