So I've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times. The service here is excellent and the location can not be beat. The rooms are old and pretty clean but need to be renovated. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, the restaurant int he hotel is surprisingly good, and the managers reception with free drinks is a bonus. more

Hotel is dated. Reservations were screwed up but Tara saved the day. Bedding falls off. In the room we were left 2 pods for making coffee, two cups in not enough. TV's are old, volume is either really loud or to soft. more

Lobby is nice--fountains with streams that have real fish (some of the fish are huge!). The primary reason for staying here is location. It is right across the street from the Old Market area. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was more than expected--full hot bar--not just cold cereal and fruit. Evening drinks were a plus. Location was wonderful for those wanting to walk the Old Market District. Would definitely stay here again. more
