Asked for a non-smoking room and when arrived after a long day of air travel was given a smoking room. Able to move to a room that was dusty, no waste basket.......and when check out was given a 17% increase- when questioned was told the "young" girl who gave me the price by phone was known to make mistakes. I used this for a May stay after arriving late one night at the Omaha airport (Eppley Field). The hotel is within a mile of the airport, and that is its biggest selling point. Great hotel location if you are flying out of Omaha. We stay at the Sleep Inn every time we go to Omaha for the casino gambling and it is only a 5 minute drive from "the boats".
