Having never stayed at a Doubletree we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay there. Check-in was quick and easy, room was ready even though we were early. The rooms were the perfect setup for a family staying with a small child, like ours. We were able to put him to sleep in the main bedroom and were still able... more

Stayed here for two days during this years College World Series. This is an OK hotel, but not without issues. I'll break it down into three categories: The Good: -Comfortable pillows (I have GOT to buy some of those "touch of down" pillows for home!) -Despite being full of kids and college students (little league tournament and CWS fans) hotel... more

This hotel was a nice facility at first. The hotel staff was friendly and warm and greeted us with the most delicious "warm" cookies. We got to our room and the refrigerator was off and completely did not work at all. This was disappointing. The toilet did not work properly and had to have maintence done to it, it still... more

I stayed at this hotel on business. Upon first walking in, I was greeted by the hotel staff and got my room key and cookie. The atrium to the hotel was very nice, I liked the layout of the hotel. Upon walking into the room, there is a desk/couch/tv area and adjacent to the kitchen area. The kitchen area had... more

We stayed here for a fun family weekend, the hotel was VERY busy. The staff were nice and very helpful. The rooms were ok, needs updating but nice, there was a mold problem on the walls with the glass sliding door, it was hid behind the curtains. The heating was horrible though, the fan runs constantly. Cold air blew most... more

My husband and I, three grown kids, their spouses and 4 children stayed at the Double Tree for a weekend get away. The rooms were wonderful, the pool was great fun, close restaurants and easy access to all the attractions; zoo, childrens museum, etc. Price was great, the suites and balcony very cosy and comfortable and clean. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. My friend found broken glass in her scrambled eggs. I had to call housekeeping and ask for toilet paper any time I ran out - the maids did not refill it, ever. I had a $100 bottle of perfume stolen from my bathroom. The hotel did nothing about it for 7 days... more

We reserved a 2 room suite with 2 queen beds because we had our 3 children traveling with us. Our reservation was made after speaking directly to the staff at the hotel 3 months ahead of time. With 5 in our party it is important that we find hotels that will accomodate the sleeping arrangements we need. Once we got... more

I got charged for phone calls to my room that I didn't make. I left a hair straightener in my room. Called right away to get it back but the maid that cleans the rooms stole it and never turned it in. I am very pissed off this very fancy motel have very dishonest employees working for them. I talked... more
