Let me first say that the lobby area is very nice. It's clean and well apportioned, giving not a hint of what's to come when you open the door to your room. The Carlisle was never satisfied with customer service. They were constantly seeking ways to improve their hotel, to improve their business, and to delight their customers and employees. We fully expect to stay with the Carlisle again. The pool and bar/grill were an added plus. more
