I came here on business, and found the hotel to be an excellent choice. I was a bit worried at first because the rate was significantly lower than similar properties on the South Side of town (Hampton Inn, Staybridge Suites, Courtyard). I stay here for business regularly. The rooms are clean and pretty new. The halls and stairs are wide, breakfast is very good (they will make whatever you want and refuse tips!) and they have great steaks for room service. I always stay here whenever I can. more

We stayed here on Aug. 4, 2006 and couldn't have been more pleased with the room for the price. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice chair with footstool for lounging and an ergonomic chair at the desk for working. The rooms were absolutley tiny. The bed spreads had blood stains on them, and the matresses made my boyfriend get surgery on his lower back. He only uses temperpetic, like normal hotels have. I hope you are thinking about renovating this dump soon. more

This place was great! A new place in Springfield and was very pretty. When we checked in, there were fresh baked cookies - a nice added touch that Hilton thought of. Also, fresh fruit and teas/coffees for the road. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend us some local restaurants and even map quested one... more
