We walked in at 11 pm and asked for a room. They had one handicapped non smoking room and staff was extra nice. The room is immaculate and the bathroom tiles and fixtures are ones I would love to have in my own house! This is a clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite a surprise! We had bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. You have to use your room card to get in at night other than thru the front entrance, so that made us feel more secure. This Hotel is more than "arrogant". They don't think it necessary to confirm bookings, you have to ask them more than once to do so.
