Service was as good as it could be but the location and rooms let it down. Very dated now with decor needing to be changed. Bathrooms were of a very poor standard. Tv channels almost non existant. Breakfast was fine and normal for italian standards.

Bad hotel...is not a 4 stars,may be one.Dirty bathroom...please if you are diabetic look for another place to eat your breakfast only sweet cake and not fruits.If you want to dinner in the restaurant , please take time...they delay so much and the waiter are very disagreeable.Don´t expect nothing if you complain...the manager , probably , will laugh...

My major complaint is with ClearSky Holidays of Colindale, London NW9 5HU, who mis-sold me this hotel as being convenient for Milan (is there anywhere to rate travel agents on tripadvisor?). Really worthy. The personal at reception were great. They helped us in everything regarding the hotel, the village and the way to move in Milan. The hotel itself is cozy, very good breakfast, nice rooms, free parking and the free wireless was a really appreciated extra. We'll return for sure when in the area.
