We've stayed many times at this location and always get a warm reception from the staff, kinda like at Cheers. "Where everybody knows your name..."!! My warmest regards to the staff. Jason, Kiana, Hailu, David and Esterling were fantastic at the desk. Jose at breakfast was great and delivered me scrambled eggs and sausage! I gulped hard yummy! Also after... More

Having travelled a lot for work, the idea of staying at a Best Western was not exactly exciting. I have to say though, I was pleasantly suprised at the room size, the cleanliness, the service, and the more modern touches. The breakfast buffet was sparse, but had the staples, the cookies when you check in are always a nice touch,... More

Got an ok deal on priceline bidding for 3* hotel for $86 but after staying at the Hotel Indigo for $68 that was a MUCH nicer hotel. . We thought this place was more like 2 1/2 * as there were too many issues and I'm not one to complain. The room was just ok and dated, average size, with... More

I stayed at the Tria while visiting my newborn nephew and I couldn't be happier! I spotted it when I started my travel plans, and even after researching a ton of hotel booking services I had to come back. The combination of price and services plus the businesses around the hotel made it my final choice. Boy am I happy... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and accomodated our request for two connecting rooms for our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best feature was the included breakfast buffet available in a room off the lobby. In addition to cold cereals, juice, meats and breakfast breads, there were hot... More

We spent the weekend here 2 weeks ago. This is my second experience with a Best Western. The rooms were nice but the bathroom was a little dated. The people there really made the hotels!! The front desk was very helpful especially Robert the overnight guy! He hooked us up with takeout when we got in from going out the... More

While it says somewhere on the website (or maybe hotels.com) that you can walk to Harvard Square, I would not recommend that option unless you are wearing sneakers and it is summer. I would recommend using the free shuttle, although you may get sick from the crazy driving! He was flooring it, then slamming his brakes! The shuttle has limited... More

This is a decent, reasonably priced hotel for the Boston area. The rooms were very clean, but the walls are thin. We kept the fan running on the heating/air conditioning unit and that helped drown out the noise so it wasn't much of a problem. We loved that the nearest subway station is less than a 10 minute walk. The... More

I stayed here for two nights during the power outage last week with my 9 month old son. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but small. A pack n play was provided for my son and set up for us by a very nice maintenance worker. In the morning there was a hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage,... More

This was a good aveage hotel in the location I needed. It's expensive as are all in this area and not really special but has clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet rooms. The lobby is nice and the small bar is handy. The breakfast is better than other BW's I've stayed in. Parking cost $12 a night which was unexpected and... More
