My family and I stayed here this past weekend for my sister's wedding. Between the bride and groom's family, we had 6 or 7 rooms. Upon check-in by Devon, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room without having to ask. Devon was pleasant, efficient and friendly as could be. The room had a beautiful view, was clean,...

Every staff person we encountered at he Hyatt went out of his or her place to make the stay special. This began with the desk person seeing us approach, and came from behind the desk to greet us; a hotel first for me!
The room was very spacious, clean, well appointed and overlooked the Charles River and the Boston skyline....

The hotel staff and the accommadations were excellent. Amazing views of the Charles River!!Only big downfall was that you have to leave the hotel itself and go virtually to the parking garage to get to the pool and the health club.

Every staff member at this Hyatt treated us with great kindness and support. Waitors were so attentive and patient. Doormen were helpful when the garage barricades did not respond. Our registration agent, Shorrone, could not have been nicer. I'll be back.

Perhaps not as classy as THE CHARLES or as original as THE MARLOWE, but for hotels with river view rooms in Cambridge, this tops the list. My room had been completely redone so no oddities such "DropAnchor:: experienced. Check in was a marvel. We were greeted at the car entrance cheerfully, and our bags whisked away, keys kept until our...

Yes, the river view was great - that was why we booked there - and we wanted to be able to walk to MIT, so that was great. We did not care about convenience to downtown. First, ALL the staff was GREAT - very pleasant, helpful and nice - including restaurant. Booking and reception was fine. Restaurant food not cheap,...

Stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms (our son and his wife live in Boston)....both were upgraded upon checking in...they apparently do that whenever possible! Everyone from the Doorman to the check in with Robert (Bob) at the Front Desk to the room service and the breakfast staff...was absolutely the best. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom modern,...

Good Business hotel, a short walk along the river to Mass Ave, rooms and rates are reasonable, get an iphone charger in the room, free wifi and a nice buffet dinner. The gym and swimming pool are great too, however a little bit of a walk, across a bridge (which joins the hotel to a car park?) and up lots...

My daughter and I had a reservation booked on Priceline ($70 a night) at this hotel for the purpose of visiting Boston University. We found the lobby to smell pleasantly and it was also decorated tastefully. Check-in was very quick and we upgraded to a river view room for an additional $12. The room was nicely appointed and appeared to...
