The Jefferson is a Richmond landmark and although some of their staff were underwhelming and unhelpful, partly because of the yearly "Ring Dance" university event being held their, it still remains something that all visits to Richmond should include.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in the Richmond area. The hotel is located in a very convenient location to tour the Richmond, VA Area. Lemaire restaurant is by far a A+++ dining experience. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff is exceptional.

We were here for only one night and thought the hotel was very impressive architecturally, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff members we encountered were all eager to please.
