can't complain about the room--quiet, clean , comfortable. Free internet in room and throughout hotel. The workout room was kind of a joke though. Two of the 3 treadmills were broken and there were no towels. It really didn't look like anyone had been in there to clean up in a while. more

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights while in town to run the Richmond Marathon. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable (especially the bed!). Just stayed here one night while en route. Didn't eat in the restaurant or use much of the amenities. Crowne Plaza is a nice chain. This hotel is up to par. Great beds and bedding --the "7 layers of comfort" they brag about is really sweet. Big downside -- they charge you $10/night for parking in the garage. more
