The staff was very nices. The property dose not look like picture om web site. The walls are crack. Ants were all over the desk and dresser. The staff were very good but that's where 'good' ended! Dirty, scruffy, wifi not strong enough to reach rooms, and appliances and lamps not working. I'm very disappointed that Days Inn has their name on this property - I had thought i could book a Days Inn hotel and expect a reasonable standard.

Run away! I've traveled extensively for business for 30 years. In all of my travels, this hotel is the absolute worst. So excited to be in Richmond for the race. This place was so run down. The manager was lovely and did her best to get us checked in early. NOT her fault this place is so run filthy and gross. Wonderful desk help. Honest and upbeat. Isaiah . Toilet would not flus. Toilet would not flush No alarm clock or hangers.. No toiletries. Slow hot water.
