This was my 5th stay here and I love this hotel. Located at the shortpump mall, the hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff, decor & comfort. My room was facing the swimming pool and offered a great view. Staff is very friendly, specially an elderly lady who helps with the breakfast. Great value for money

Perfect location for the halfway mark between NY-FLA car trip. Excellent hotel in all ways. Fabulous staff, comfy beds, very nice spacious suites, healthy hot breakfast buffet. did not get a chance to go to jacuzzi or gym. next time!
