We’ve just returned from a fortnight at the Santana. We had a very pleasant stay, despite the rather unseasonal weather, which no-one was to blame for! stayed at santana for second time hotel has got quite dated . One big problem is the bar across the road called Hannibals could not sleep some nights because of LOUD music until midnight . Staff really helpful and polite . Food option not too bad . more

Hotel has a fabulous breakfast. Rooms are fair and clean, but the beds are squeeking - your next-bed fellow will probably wake up every time you turn around. The lift stops often 10-20 cm from the floor entrance - not for handicapped people. Wonderful scenery from the roof pool area ! more

stayed here for first time last weekend in january . Found hotel very good and had nothing to complain about . plenty of bars in area,especially enjoyed the elvis tribute bar with entertainment every night. more

I went for Easter, all inclusive. There were few all inclusive guests at the hotel which was alright. Friendly staff, the drinks were ok. The hotel itself was clean, brilliant cleaners. However there was a lack of entertainment, and a proper bar. Good indoor and outdoor swimming pool! Lots of senior citizens at the hotel which was ok i suppose.... more

booked a weeks holiday stayed one night the hotel is dirty went with my daughter who three and my partner you walk into lobby and its lovely go to the rooms different story the bed clothes were stained the smell in the room was awfull the bathroom looks like it never been cleaned no kettle complained to staff they looked... more
