Have just been to this hotel for a weekend break. Welcome was great. Reception staff was excellent. A special mention to Emie at reception who has a great smile. The room was basic but very clean. Steer clear of this awful place! We only stayed 4 nights and it was terrible!! the rooms are dirty , they are damaged our bed was ripped, worn and stained, it took 20 mins for hot water to come through the shower at all times of day there was stains all over the ceiling from the air conditioning unit, and the air con didn't get really... more
We would like to let you know that note has been taken of your comments concerning service. We do make our rounds at the pool and remove towels from unused deckchairs - this is a daily continuous battle. We do hope that your stay in Malta was still a pleasant one.
I stayed here for a week in August; getting upgraded to a seaview room is a must, since the back-facing ones offer views over the service entrance and a nondescript street. The Seashells Resort was amazing, I think the overall service of the staff at the hotel is what made our trip. Travelling with a young child, they catered for all of our needs, they were so friendly and always went over and beyond. The setting of the hotel is beautiful with amazing views.
