We arrived late on a Saturday evening. Our check-in was fairly quick and uneventful. Only dwonside i thought was that we werent told were the lifts were. The staff are excellent first and foremost. All are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cosy and the sea views are spectacular. The reception area, bar and restaurants are fantastic, up there with the best I have stayed in on presentation alone, the marble design is stunning.
