after reading reviews on-line we were aprehensive about our choice of hotel, but our aprehension soon disappeared within 5 minutes of walking in to the hotel. the staff at reception were 1st class as were all the staff at suncrest especially jessica who waited on us in the dining room. our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had air conditioning.... more
