There's not much to add to my subject line. The hotel sucks big way. They sent me an e-mail with my reservation number but gave me a totally different room (a horrible room, actually), and I had to fight to change the room. this hotel has a very poor understanding of prioritizing customer welfare. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels but this was my worst experience ever. We booked the 'azalea hotel princess' on the Azalea website but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they were no longer in contract with azalea and would not honor our reservation.... more
It's luxurious, but not over the top, modern, but not un-homely, and was simply lovely. This hotel offers an indoor pool (warm) and an outdoor freshwater pool (very cold!), plus a gym and various treatments available in the Wellness Centre.
