Thanks for a fabulous week. So chilled we barely left the finca - even the sounds of the feria up the hill could barely drag us away :) More

Finca Fenix was absolutely beautiful and immediately felt like a home from home. Our stay was brief - only 3 nights - but we both agreed that it was the most relaxing part of our 2 week visit to Spain. Mark & Kim have put a huge effort into making Fenix the perfect getaway and I really appreciated their care... More

The meeting point and than - the gate opened and we looked in a garden like a paradise with a lovly furnished house. We arrived late in the evening and in the fridge there... More

Finca Fenix is tucked sleepily 45 mins from the hussle and bussel of Malaga in Alora. A car is recommended to get around, although I have traveled before by taxi and walked up the very steep hill to the shops in Alora. The farm house sleeps four comfortably with the added bonus of air conditioning; a must for the heat of... Costa del Sol it wasn't during my trip, but then during December what was I expecting really!! However all the rain actually showed what a great choice we had made in Finca Fenix. The two young kids were kept entertained watching Sky or one of the hundreds of DVD's, while us grown-ups relaxed with a good book from the book... More

We had a perfect stay and loved every minute - really worth while and would definetely go back again and again. Have already recommended it to all friends and colleagues. My son enjoyed seeing the country side... More

Yes, yes, yes! You'll love Finca Fenix it's so secluded and peaceful - like Paradise. Best to have sturdy shoes and/or a reasonable car to negotiate the track but once you're through those gates you'll not regret it! The Villa and spectacular grounds are comfortable and equipped with all you'll need - if you do need anything at all just... More

This finca is on the edge of Alora which is an interesting village 30 mins inland from Malaga. The accommodation is quiet and secluded with a small pool and lush gardens so perfect for a relaxing holiday. Needed to have a hire car and the road at the time was a tad bumpy but that is not to detract from... More

What an amazing place, gorgeous hosts and all round enjoyable holiday - it literally blew my mind - a total trip in every sense of the word - we even celebrated my holiday in the local(ish) disco at Toremolinos, which is a whole other (long) story!!! Totally recommended if you want to get away from it ALL! More
