Just got back from a long weekend at the Woodstocker and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The inn is decorated in an ecclectic, comfortable style, with spacious rooms, gorgeous baths and relaxing common areas, included a very well stocked library. Dora and David were very accomodating hosts, offering delicious breakfasts, knowledgable recommendations and witty conversation! I have rarely stayed at a... more

My husband and I were looking to get away before our second child. We knew we wanted to stay in Woodstock, Vermont. We had traveled a few times to Killington, Vermont and to get there you have to drive through Woodstock. We had always admired the quaintness of this town. After doing a lot of research on where to stay... more

An excellent bed and breakfast with loads of thoughtful detail. An amazing library with loads of the books you have wanted to read and haven't to browse through in quiet moments. Homemade cake for the afternoons and friendly hosts who know loads about the areas attractions and restaurants to guide you through your stay. more

We loved our stay in Vermont at the unique Woodstocker Inn. David and Dora have created a very stylish yet comfortable haven which is guaranteed to surprise and delight. Each room is decorated with individuality and flair, with lots off attention to quirky detail - candy in the doggie dish, unusual artwork. Our bed was supremely comfortable with a choice... more

The perfect place of a quick weekend get-away (what my wife and I did) or a week long vacation. The rooms are inviting, clean, and airy. The meals were great with more than enouhg to fule your day. The host and hosetess were attentive to our every need. My only suggestion--vary the breakfaast menu occassionally. more

Our first stay was in the summer two years ago. We were aching to come back and finally did so in April 2009. At this inn one is the personal guest of two wonderful, real people. David and Dora have created the atmosphere of a home -- except the cooking is much better than at most. As a "Green Inn",... more

After 3 nights in New York with the row of ventilation and air conditioning units making sleep nigh impossible it was a relief to get to the haven of the Vermonter. Now I must declare an interest here. I knew David and Dora from my bookselling days, and David was a warm, generous, honest if slightly unconventional book publishing rep.... more

We recently went for an overnight business retreat. The Innkeepers made us feel very comfortable, welcoming us to work in their library, providing light, delicious snacks and extending their usual hours of checking in and out. The breakfast was generous and delicious as well as very British. Our rooms was very clean and cozy. And other rooms that we were... more

My husband and I recently spent two nights at the Woodstocker Inn and had a great time. The Woodstocker Inn is a charming B and B with great hosts. The hosts were gracious and knowledgeable about the area. Our room (the Bradford) was spacious and whimsical. Morning breakfasts are served in a great library. The food was delicious and organic.... more

The Woodstocker Inn is a bed and breakfast located in the picturesque town of Woodstock,VT. The town itself is a year round destination and the Woodstocker a terrific place to stay while visiting. We've been guests there a number of times and have always enjoyed the friendliness of the husband and wife innkeepers; the delicious breakfasts, homemade fruit cake, beverages... more
