18 years since our first visit (when we loved this hotel) we have finally made it back again and find it even better than before. We particularly love the many different spaces you can just sit and enjoy your stay, whether by the beautiful pool, in the shade in the garden, under a loggia, or on your own private terrace.... more

Had another fantastic stay at Molino this August. We just can't keep away!! Very pretty small hotel with lovely pool, garden and terrace. You immedately feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Each room is different and all are well laid out and very clean. The restaurant serves fabulous food with many local dishes as daily specials. The Sangria is... more

arranged our seventh holiday in Molino del Santo (this time 7 days) after a two year break, with a little trepidation - could it be as good this time ? Will the food be as good? Will the staff be the same? We needn't have worried because the hotel simply do what they do best - look after you as... more

Recently returned from our Andalucian jewel, Molino del Santo. We felt so driven to express our thanks and comments so have done so here. From our previous visit a robust improvement was noticeable in the food and dining service. Molino del Santo has always reached the upper echelons of service in all departments, but we felt the reception staff had... more

One of my favourite hotels of all time! We stayed at the Molino in the spring, which is a great time to visit. The countryside is lush and green, just perfect for getting away from it all. We also stayed in late summer when the Molino is a perfect setting for escaping the heat of the day. There's nothing better... more

Fantastic 2 days in this tranquil setting. Fabulous food and friendly staff. We had a superior room with large private balcony which had a king size comfortable bed and a wonderful power shower. Evening meals were relaxed and staggered which enabled a more attentive service and hot, freshly cooked food. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was... more

It is with a little reluctance that I'm writing this review as I don't want too many people to find out about this wonderful little oasis, however, the owners deserve the praise and I'd hate for this place to disappear! The whole ambience of the hotel invites you to relax: The lush gardens surrounding the pool with its various seating/lazing... more
