We made reservations back in June of 2011 for this coming weekend 2/16 - 2/20/12. Tonight (2/13/12) at 9:15 pm we got a call telling us the 2 - double rooms we booked online in June were now not available so they were giving us 2 king rooms instead. I have 7 people in 2 rooms, how is that going... More

Stayed for 3 nights for business. Very nice location, walking distance to CNN, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium. MARTA stops nearby. Rooms are clean, good size (stayed at 408 1 king), but no safe box. Rainshower with excellent pressure with bathtub. Paid wifi in room, free at the lobby. Ice machine wasn't working on my floor. There's a convenience store... More

When you think of a category 5 Marriott Hotel you expect more. I should have known something when I booked the room & wanted 2 queen beds but they only had double beds. The rooms were not large enough for 2 queen beds. The bath room was not up to a Marriott 5 star category. The service was excellent &... More

Many thanks for your recent review of our hotel and for the 5-star rating of our service, and 4 star rating on cleanliness and location. I was pleased you found our staff to be both courteous and helpful, as we work extremely hard on this. My apologies your room wasn't to your satisfaction. As I'm sure there are hotels out... More

If you end up in a suite ( which are very nice) your thinking 4+ stars. However if you end up in the standard room prepared to cramped. Overall the hotel i would rate 3.5. The location is close to nothing and near everything if your working downtown. Staff is above average, concierge lounge is average. Rooms vary between average... More

I stayed here for business for one night in mid-week recently. The hotel is in an excellent location if you have business in downtown Atlanta, an easy walk from many major office buildings, Five Points MARTA stop, and the aquarium. The location is one of its best attributes. Also on the positive side, the hotel is on a more human... More

Went to watch the Packers in Atlanta in October. We had a great stay at this property. It was a 15 min walk to the Georgiadome and a 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. The service was great as well. Would definitely stay again. More

The only redeeming factors for staying at this truly run down property is it's location and the standard good Marriott beds. I spent one night here and couldnt wait to check out. It is tired, old and worn and sorely in need of urgent renovation and updating. Badly scuffed walls in corridors. Second rate tiling in bathroom. Scuffed and dirty... More

This hotel was average at best. The beds were outstanding, but the room itself was nothing special and the bathroom was also average, except for the ceiling which looked like had been accessed to work on the toilet on the floor above. The ceiling was closed, but the repaired spot was very much visable. Compared to other hotels which had... More
