No television, hot water was a luxury, roaches in the rooms, fighting among the tenants, police presence and not as visitors. Front desk dismal with a few bright exceptions namely Bill and the manager of over 2 decades. If you are an artist or someone who travels with a Bible and a gun then you have found the right place. more
