My husband and I stayed at the Palomar as part of a birthday trip to Atlanta. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge recommended South City Kitchen for one of our dinners and it was GREAT. The room was comfortable and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed the stay despite being a long day at work and early morning. Only thing disappointing was lack of quality shampoo/conditioner etc. Nice lobby, nice bar/lounge and great mid town location. Next to Cheetah for the solo travelers. more

I've never been disappointed by a Kimpton hotel- always "fresh," yet elegant. Most have a distinct boutique hotel feel, and the staff is always top shelf. I don't travel with a pet, but loved the dog dish and welcome sign at the front door, welcoming expected canine visitors by name! What a great touch. more

Had agreat stay at the Palomar Hotel. The lobby is very impressive and the rooms are very well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner at Pacci was great. The hotel is very quiet, we never heard any noise and the decor is serene and pleasing. Coffee and tea in the morning in the lobby area as well... more

After reading reviews on Tripadvisor I went on Priceline to bid on a 4 star midtown hotel and luckily was booked with Hotel Palomar. Everything was as described in reviews. The Hotel Palomar was the best hotel that I have stayed at in my life. The decor was modern and extremely appealing - nicely done. The hotel room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We wanted to get away for the weekend even though we live in Atlanta. We took Marta to the hotel and felt like we were in another country. Great, first class experience the whole way. more

What a refressing new hotel in Atlanta, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The evening wine reception was a great touch. Be sure and have a drink at the roof top bar; it's an oasis in the middle of the city. more
