Stayed 3 nights as part of a sports group (41 rooms). A disappointment from the moment we pulled in to the valet & tried to park in the hotel garage. This hotel has every opportunity to be first-class and squanders it. Our first clue that we would spend a lot of time waiting during our stay was check-in, which took over twenty minutes. Just got back from a weekend Musical Theater International Festival. This hotel was a real nightmare!!! Freezing drafts everywhere and jack hammers pounding away all day long. Check in was the first clue of the required flexibility of this trip.
