Stayed at the Hilton at the end of June for one night, got a great deal on Priceline back in April for a total of $81 per night after taxes and fees. The renovations are pretty much complete, other than for the parking area (only valet available for $28 per night), but I think the parking garage behind the hotel... more

Lots has been written here are the remodel of this hotel. Well, I stayed here during the week of May 18 and everything seems almost complete with the exception of the escalators leading the meeting spaces and the workout room. The new entry area is very nice. Valet parking was fast and friendly. Even though I didn't need bag help,... more

I was initially skeptical about staying here because the hotel is being refurbished. To our surprise, we did not notice any construction activies nor noises at all. Yes, part of the lobby was partitioned off, but we did not feel like we were missing out on anything. The staff .... front desk, vallet parking, servers, concierge etc. were all very... more

We stayed at the Hilton last year and didn't know about the remodeling...and our stay this year was a disappointment. The room was newly refurbished..great bed, desk, decor, bathroom, internet..but the construction messed up the amenities. The work-out room was re-located to a small meeting room with minimal equipment (something you would expect at less expensive hotel). The eating facilities... more

Stayed 3 nights as part of a sports group (41 rooms). A disappointment from the moment we pulled in to the valet & tried to park in the hotel garage. Had to park in cross street garage because of "small number of SUV spaces". Paid $21-$32 per day for that with no in & out ability. The sports tourney that... more

This hotel has every opportunity to be first-class and squanders it. Our first clue that we would spend a lot of time waiting during our stay was check-in, which took over twenty minutes. We were a group of eleven with three rooms, all of which were on the same credit card, so I'm not sure what took so long considering... more

This hotel has every opportunity to be a solid location in a fantastic city; but the front desk service will keep that from happening. When we arrived to check in to our ten rooms, we were delighted to be able to check in a bit early. Quickly, however, we were disappointed that what we were told ahead of time wasn't... more

I booked the room through a discount site and got a great deal at a third of the price they usually go for. Check-in was fast and Ivan was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was also efficient and friendly in getting Georgia Aquarium tickets for us. The room was immaculate with very nice decor. The AC worked fine although... more

Just got back from a weekend Musical Theater International Festival. This hotel was a real nightmare!!! Freezing drafts everywhere and jack hammers pounding away all day long. The staff at night was terrible. They didn't even know they were having 2,000 people come in for our conference. No one was out side to tell us they had moved the entrance... more

Check in was the first clue of the required flexibility of this trip. Travel thru the basement resturant -Trader Vic's to find the elevator and wait for one of the only 2 elevators to pick you up and take you to the 27th floor. Front desk personnel did not seem knowledgeable about the hotel or area - if directions or... more
