My boyfriend and I stay at the W around 2-4 times a month. The one thing that always keeps us coming back: Chris and Kim, the W bartenders! They always have a smile and a remember your favorite drink as you walk in! more

My boyfriend and I ended up staying at this hotel because I had an interview the next morning and I didn't know the area. (In other words, this was the first hotel I saw so it's where we stayed) It was a little on the pricey side but the room was gorgeous and clean and the staff was friendly and... more

One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Run down, dumpy room that I would have expected in a Motel 6 located in the middle of nowhere renting for $14 / night... or maybe by the hour. more

I expected something better, the hotel is warned out, it needs renovation. The bathtub was in bad shape, the seals around it have been peeled or carelessly made. The reading lamp next to my bed didn't work and when I asked the front desk to replace the bulb the first answer was that it is too late to ask something... more

No coffee maker, no microware, no dresser, and no room in overstocked mini refrig. in room. This place looks over 30 years old. The faucets in bath were loose. It takes awhile for hot water to show up. The cable channel was out. The wired phone stopped working. The valet arrangement is a joke. A waste of time & money. more

I stayed at the W recently with my fiance. As an Atlanta native who lives out of state, I was excited about staying in a top tier Starwood property. When I checked in late Friday night, there was a DJ in lobby playing music, very very loud music. The front desk staff was super helpful and accomodating my soft voice... more

I stayed 3 miserable nights at this hotel. The walls are paper thin. A conversation in the next room sounds like it is taking place right next to you. The elevators only worked occasionally. Many guest would give and walk the stairs. The music in the lobby is so loud, you cannot carry on a conversation..... My bill was wrong.''''... more

Hello There Str8_talker, We're sorry that you encountered some W-hoops moments during your recent stay. This is certainly not indicative of the Whatever/Whenever service we promise every guest. We've taken the time to review these comments with our team and have since moved our DJ to a better area, fixed the parking gate and ensured the in-room dining menu is...

I stopped going to Ws because of the hookers in the lobby and the feeling everyone was going to sell me drugs, but I decided to give the brand another shot. Still feels like a night club with hallways too dark to make a solo female traveler comfortable, still plays hypnotic dance music even in the morning, still has very... more

This was my first trip to a W hotel. From what I gathered before I went it seems to be either a love it or hate it type of place. But what I found was there were parts I liked (staff, room, bed) and parts I didn't (small bar area, very modern furniture downstairs [i.e. not comfortable]). One thing I... more
