We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. There was a ten-minute wait to be seated for breakfast with only one person in line. The toilet in our bathroom was clogged during the entire stay and the problem was never resolved. We were there for three nights and our room wasn't cleaned until after four o'clock p.m. each... more

The cleanliness of the Hotel was immaculate. The Staff was very friendly, serviceable and did their best to make our Convention very successful and less expensive. There was only one set back about one meeting room which was too small for the group but it did not dampen our spirits at all, everything went well. more

I stayed at the Sheraton last night after arriving at Atlanta Airport too late to catch my connecting flight. I am so happy I picked the Sheraton. Check in was fast and efficient, with helpful desk staff. The room was wonderful, beautifully decorated -, comfortable bed, huge pillows, nicely furnished and super bathroom. I stayed at the Sheraton upon returning from vacation and prior to a flight out the following morning. Prior to the vacation I stayed at the nearby Westin, but heard that the Sheraton was actually superior- and it was. The same hotel shuttle serves both hotels, runs 24/7 and is most efficient.
