We checked in Nov 16 2005 The room did not have the refridgerator as we reserved and confirmed nor an ice bucket in the entire hotel. Front Desk said they were out. We wWent out to eat with friends and returned to no hot water. The front desk apologized and said there was no one around to fix it.

Next day day walked the floor of the convention center, when we returned that night the refrigerator was put in the room but they forgot to clean the room left dirty cups and the sink area was not cleaned out

Went to take a shower and again no HOT Water. Front desk had an engineer call us and he explained parts would be in next day, but that did us no good .

When we departed manager did not want to speak with us. He0 finnaly showed up and not 1 attempt to apologize or make any compensation. Told me I should have let the water run about 15 or 20 minutes to warm up even though i let it run 30 minutes to no avail.

Got a letter a week later said he gave me... more
