Brenette provided excellent customer service, She was attentive and proactive in anticipating needs. I raised a concern upon checking in. She immediately addressed it and make my stay wonderful. This was a true display of southern hospitality. The entire staff was friendly, professional, yet warm.

Great staff and great hotel downtown. Rooms a bit small though but you get access to downtown and lots of other places. A bit pricey though..Their breakfast is very good although the sitting area is quite small. Again, they have wonderful and helpful staff
