Went on a Ladies weekend out in Atlanta after reading some reviews on here was a little skeptical of the accommodations but have learned to not believe everything you read on the internet. Hotel was good, Lobby is lovely, room was clean, beds and linens were fabulous. Air conditioner lacked a little- that is the harshest complaint that I have. more

The staff is exceptionally helpful. The room was nice although not exceptional. Once I figured out how to turn the shower on it was great but it was not intuitive. I had reserved the King Executive Suite. Some hotels idea of a suite is an extra recliner in the room - so I am always a bit leary. The hotel is across the street from perimiter mall and they do offer a shutle to pick you up, but the location for pickup is not clearly marked so that needs to be changed, if you have lots of luggage wait for them to pick you up. I could write a book. Rude staff, serious room maintence problems, lost delivery, truly the worst food we have ever tasted- served during our convention. No apology for truly horrendous service Don't even think about staying there. No compensation for the problems we had to endure. more

Stayed here for 1 Night - Paid $59 on Hotwire. Nice property - clean room. Nice Lobby AND nice rooms. All too many times you get fooled by a nice looking lobby. Next time in Atlanta - I will stay here. more
