I am an avid Hyatt fan - Platinum member of the reward program - and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta before, albeit 5 years ago. I was extremely disappointed on my recent trip. Almost from the moment I entered I felt unsafe. There is very little service, and staff just hangs around and stares at you. I... more

I traveled with my husband on a recent business trip and we stayed here since his conference was here. The Hyatt has a great downtown location and was convenient to get into and out of. We valeted the car with a nice valet man and went straight in to check-in which went smooth and quickly. We stayed in a king... more

We stayed at the Hyatt while seeing a concert and baseball game in Atlanta. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the helpful (and efficient) hotel staff. Our room was superb - roomy and comfortable. The only complaint would be the add on fees for room service. $3.50 delivery fee, 21% add on and $4.00 for... more

We stayed in one of the towers for our trip and had a nice room. Small, but updated and very clean. It didn't bother us since we didn't spend a lot of time in there anyway. The location is great- close to restaurants, the aquarium, World of of Coke and more. We really enjoyed our stay. more

I stayed here for the U2 concert at the Dome through a deal on hotwire. It's a nice hotel. The room wasn't completely clean (the counters weren't wiped off and there was some trash in the room), but not a big deal. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Georgia Dome. The hotel bar and 24 hour shop was... more

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a single night September 26, 2009. First of all, this hotel was chosen for me by Price Line where I was able to get the rate of $64 plus taxes compared to the listed rates on their website as well as Orbitz/Expedia ranging from approximately $140 on up. Needless to... more

Stayed three nights in this hotel for business. Since I booked the room on Priceline.com, I was located in the Radius Tower. The room was small, but clean and adequate for one traveler. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One warning: the Radius Tower rooms are located in a somewhat isolated hallway near an entrance to the Peachtree Mall.... more

Stayed there for a week setting up the Cedia Expo fell for the sucker bet of upgrading to the Regency Club Level the concerige room was small and cramped and stuffy and had muffins and cheese for breakfast , HIE is better. The bath towels were grey and worn out and felt like sandpaper, it had a toilet in there... more

I got this room as part of a package deal through Travelocity. All in all, I was very satisfied with the room. I found it to be very clean, very modern, and in a hotel with a location that can't be beat (walking distance to World of Coke / Georgia Aquarium). That having been said, the rooms in the Radius... more

In this economy I was surprised that the Hyatt still charges for internet. There were several small cafes close by that provided WiFi but not the Hyatt. As a matter of fact, one has to pay a high price for everything there. Overnight parking is $27.00 a night plus tips for the valet and there are no other options. The... more
