The staff was very friendly ,nice & knew all the ins & outs of Atlanta.The romm was clean alittle small for the amount of furniture that was in the room.the bathroom could go for an update but it was clean.comfort of bed was lacking.great location due to accessibility to turner field ,coca cola world,aquarium,cnn center centennial park.Would stay here again. more

The Omni in Atlanta is a wornderful hotel. The staff was attentive and the service was great. I had a conference at the World Congress Center next door and the location couldn't be better. Stayed 1 night for meeting at Hotel. The room had nice view of park, the bed was comfortable, the bath products were very nice. The bed spread had a hole in it. The room had a once elegant but now worn down feel about it. All the staff were very friendly, always saying good morning etc. I would not return... more

I understand that hotels try to use smaller staffs to clean more rooms these days. That said, trying to clean the rooms before 9:30am is just rude to the guests. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door, I was awakened by "knock, knock, knock - housekeeping" as housekeeping knocked on the doors of the room around me.... more

We fly to Atlanta frequently f/concerts & shows. This trip was f/a concert @ Phillips Arena. We chose the Omni for it's location to the arena. The Good: Location (connected to the arena).
