The Omni is a good choice for a short stay in Atlanta, the hotel is for US standards quite expensive. They charge $ 30 for valet parking. Valets are very efficient. more

I stayed at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center for three nights for a conference. Below are my positives, growth areas & watch-out items: Positives: ---I arrived in Atlanta by mid-morning and my room was ready. I stayed on the 15th floor in the North Tower...near an elevator. Despite my room location, the hallway noise was surprisingly minimal. ---The... more

stayed here for business. really nice rooms and workout area (didn't have to wait for a treadmill either time I used it). Hotel restaurant/bar not the greatest. Food was subpar. pretty views of CNN offices from my room. more

My stay at the Omni was a reminder of why I regard luxury downtown hotels with great skepticism: The amenities and services that justify their existence are all priced separately, and priced so extortionately that you feel like a fool if you pay for them. The ordeal begins at curbside. The only parking is valet, at THIRTY dollars a day,... more

I've been in this hotel for two nights, and was surprised by some of the earlier reviews. I have been especially pleased with the excellent service. This morning I did not receive the USA Today paper that I had requested and called the Bell Captain...a very pleasant person. The paper was under my door in 30 seconds. I don't even... more

Sometimes it's the little things that add up and kind of ruin your whole experience at a place. I was here for just one night last week on business. At first I was impressed. There were lots of staff at the front desk area. They were friendly and effecient, so I thought this place ould be great. When I got... more

This hotel advertises itself as high class, and the buiding itself reflects that...BUT there is nothing high class about being charged extra for almost every normal admenity you would expect-it makes the hotel look cheap during your stay. You even have to pay EXTRA for a mini refridgerator in your room and and extra for caffienated coffee packets and outrageously... more

My boyfriend and I just recent visited Atlanta for the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons Game. We decided to stay at Omni Hotel. BAD CHOICE!!! Valet parking Sucks!!! They demaged my car and now I cant seem to get anyone on the line to help me with my claim. No one wants to take ownership of it but they had... more

I have been in a number of hotels over the past year, and NONE came even close to the excellent standards of the Omni Hotel in Atlanta. You can easily walk to many nice restaurants, the new Aquarium and the new Coca-Cola museum. I stayed in a mid-level floor facing the Centennial Park in the North tower. Great view -... more
