We chose this hotel off I-85 because it was one of the most affordable Hampton Inn's in the Atlanta area. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, price, and service. The free, extensive breakfast each morning compares to the quality of other Hampton Inn's: juice, cereal, pastries, breads (bagels, english muffins, toast, muffins), and a rotation of hot food... more

Cons: Paper thin walls. All traffic can be heard, and the sounds from adjoining rooms and the hallway sounds. The beds had poor mattresses. I don't think our room had the new Hampton Inn mattress; the mattress was both hard and saggy. Pros: Good staff who seemed eager to please guests. more

I normally stay at Hampton Inns - because of the bedding, cleanliness, service, and breakfast. I was happy with the overall experience of the hotel. Likes: Bed was comfortable, Service was good (even though I got bumped into a double room when I reserved a King), Location is great- very close to Malls, Restaurants, and Highway (20 min to Downtown... more

I stayed at the Hampton for 5 nights in December while working in the area. This is an older Hampton that's been updated to some degree. The rooms are not large enough to accomodate all of the furniture that is used in the newer Hamptons so the sofa in my room was angled, making the layout crowded. The hallways are... more

My Mom and I stayed here as we were in town to see a Barry Manilow concert. The concert was cancelled because of snow/ice (which by the way, the city of Atlanta shuts down for this type of weather!!). We still had a good time despite the circumstances. Our room was very clean and very nice. There were plenty of... more

Was a little worried when I entered the slightly outdated decor of the lobby but when I entered my room I decided everything was going to be fine. The room and bathroom looked clean and updated. The bed was comfy. My room faced the parking lot and was very quiet. As with all Hampton Inns, a decent continental breakfast was... more

I had very low expectations for this hotel, since I know it is not the flagship brand of Hilton. However, I am happy to report that I was more than pleased with virtually every aspect of my stay. The room, hallways and public areas were clean, there were plenty of towels, toiletries were provided every day, bathroom was nice looking,... more

I spent a week here with my niece and nephew (ages 8 and 11) and found it to be an excellent experience! Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk staff was always very pleasant (always greeted us when we walked in the door, wished us a good day as we were leaving, etc.). The room was in very... more

A friend of mine was new to Atlanta and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Druid Hills. I called to check on them and after I was told the phone was off the hook I asked for them to send a security guard to make sure they were ok. I called them back to have an employee by the name... more

Although most Hampton's are clean and reliable, this place was tatty, smelly, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. more
