“Disappointing for a W”

Other than the location, this hotel left a lot to be desired for. Not in the mould of what you expect from a W, the problem with the hotel starts with space and goes on to include a very tired decor, unusually small rooms for a W, worn out furniture, carpet, wall paint, and a below average staff, albeit polite.... “Hip and Fun”

From the front desk to the valet people were great. Rooms are small just like all hip and trendy W but very fun. Loaction is perfect for shopping and restraunts. The bars and restraunts were great. whiskey blue was fun !

This hotel has a special atmosphere with nice music and bar. The room was surprisingly spacious, but at cost of an unconventional bathroom set-up. “Very nice”

Great experience at the W exactly what I expected. We had a bit of a rough start, but Renford Parkes definitely helped us get back on track and we managed to get settled in. I was disappointed that there was no jacuzzi in the hotel, but we had a great time.
