Stavyed for 3 nights. Lovely old building with lots of history, nice friendly welcome. It's a non smoking establishment. Excellent location for Sablon beach, centre of town with all the restuarants, cider bars, the port etc. Rooms basic but comfortable, bathroom well appointed, all very clean. No bathrobes, tea and coffee makings, air con etc. Had a room on second floor, overlooking main road. Quite noisy at night wtih traffic and pedestrians going by, also not good for hay fever sufferers as avenue of trees below the windows. Would imagine you see nothing from first floor rooms. The mountains in the nearby Picos de Europa are visible from the street side windows.

Breakfast consists of fresh orange juice, selection of fruits, cheese and some bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, tomatoes, cereals, toast, cakes and pastries along with tea and coffee.
