This place is so lovely--an artisan's house full of sculptures and paintings, and lovely things to look at, including beautiful books of photos and maps in the rooms. Our room even had an ancient clay wall, and sink, with attached interpretive board telling all about them. The rooms we had were comfortable, and spacious, and the bathrooms were too--great shower.
Breakfast was ample, and varied--meat, cheese,fruit--not enough coffee, but hey....
And the best part was that after a harrowing drive from Barcelona, and the approach down a very narrow street, where our wing mirrors threatened to bruise the elbows of the locals we passed, we were welcomed by the owner, Joan, who led our car to the nearest parking space, and helped carry the bags back. A good start to a terrific stay.
Highly recommended.
