Situated right in the centre of Begur, the hotel is part of an old townhouse with a lovely internal courtyard. The hotel has lots of character and our double room was very comfortable and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi bath! We stayed here on August 11-14. The hotel is clean and "what you expect in Europe"; our room had a quiet central A/C - nice! The location is perfect - on the edge of the lively "resort-y" area of the town. We were extremely happy on all counts (location, rooms, cleanliness), but what we found really outstanding was the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. Lovely hotel with character and individuality. Nice courtyard area and roof terrace. Room and bathroom excellent. Weather was warm and we were advised that as October is winter the air conditioning is switched off and to open the window.
