If you like European style hotels, this one's perfect for a stay in this medieval hill town. Good restaurant with great breakfast buffet and a superb and affordable wine list. The town itself is a good center for hiking especially down to the coast. Busses run to the beaches in season.

The hotel rooms had that card system of room lighting that has no individual light control - just all on/all off which didn't help navigation. Another querk was the bathroom plumbing which just didn't always seem to work - you had to wait for it to come through! The excellent breakfasts were taken in the restaurant across the narrow street.

Apart from being hard to drive to as it is in the heart of the small roads of the old town [not its fault!] this was a beautiful, clean, small, unbelievably friendly and helpful service, place. Breakfasts are lovely and the restaurant for dinner is magnificent - roof terrace. Great value. A must if in Begur.

What a great experience. 87euros for room and breakfast. Room is spacious, comfortable bed, great bathroom, excellent service. No parking on site which is the only negative. We had to pay 24euros to park down the road. The breakfast is amazing! Highly recommended!

the staff of this hotel is beyond belief. While walking around Begur, we stopped by this hotel to ask about the closest pharmacy (he cut his finger badly). There were several young employees at the counter. They bandaged my husband's hand, printed out a map for us, and explained to us in great detail how to get there. Wonderful people!... More
