I was enchanted by the aura and stark beauty of Sa Tuna. It was a magical place. The rooms at Hostal Sa Tuna are above a lovely, seaside restaurent. this is an adress you'd like to keep a secret, but can' t help sharing with the world. two things make Sa Tuna a lovely surprise in an otherwise very touristy region. first, there is the location in a pretty little bay which shows you how beautiful the real costa brava is . the hotel has only five relatively small... more
The location of the Hostal Sa Tuna is very beautiful. A small sheltered bay fringed by pine trees. Sa Tuna itself is quite underdeveloped and free of tat shops and noisy bars; just the Hostal and another bar/restaurant adjoining. The beach is pebble/shingle so would recommend buying beach chairs of some description though we got by (a tad uncomfortably) with... more
Spain's Costa Brava has several beautiful bays - and Sa Tuna is one of the best.
