From the moment we arrived, just past midnight, everyone was so helpful and charming. We had been upgraded to a Garden Suite and everything you could wish for in a hotel was here. This really is a beautiful place - great setting, gorgeous castle and is very special. The only thing that didn't go smoothly was our check in at the hotel, with a very unwelcoming lady (we only saw her the once, all other Receptionists were superb). Location - out of this world; views - superb, even when overcast; food - excellent; service - excellent' room - spacious and beautifully appointed. Would recommend this hotel and intend to go back and spend more time there. Come on a Sunday offer is excellent value for money. more

This hotel was booked for us by a travel agent and we were so happy with the choice. The hotel is set in a gorgeous location with views out over the Spanish countryside. Just note however there is no lift in the hotel so with a heavy bag it can cause some issues, but the hotel staff are very happy... more
