Every positive review of this hotel is spot on!! The location is ideal if you don't want to be in the busy, noisy parts, but has easy (& cheap) access to them if that's what you want - the 'Dolmus' is 2lira each way to Icmeler or Marmaris, and they run from 7am to 1.30am.
