I am not sure that the negative reviews on this site actually stayed in this Hotel. Having returned on 12/10/09 felt i had to comment. The Hotel is excellent and i couldn't fault a thing. OK maybe not loads of choice of food, but plenty of hot and adequate food. Also very large salad selection. Chef often by Pool cooking... more

This is a dirty, sloppy hotel. Meals are very very bad, we ate out all the time, not what you expect for all inclusive. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Had sheet from previous occupants, disgusting Plates, cutlery, glasses are not cleaned properly. I was shown my room, full of dirty smelly babies diappers. They wanted me to take this room.... more

stayed in mersoy oriental suites ,nightmare place to be, dirty food awful same everyday towels had holes in them hed a shower it flooded the room the staff useless didnt care about anything .restuarant never opened on time making us late for day trips, loved icmeler itself,would go back again,but would do more homework finding a good hotel. more

We booked and paid extra for a suite room in the Mersoy Oriental Suite which is next to the Mersoy Exclusive hotel. Turned up after 4hrs on the transfer bus due to the bus driver not knowing his way around the place, only to find that the hotel is full, even though I already emailed the manager before we arrived... more
