after the 90 minute transfer which was really 3.5 hours (thanks thomas cook) appartment basic with stained seats (that folded down into beds) our room 713 had all the pipe work from 6 apartments in our walls so when anyone went to the toilet or showered we got to hear it (fun at 4am!!!!) sunbathing what a joke! had to... more

when we arrived everywhere looked 4 star the pool and resturant where exellent until we got to the apartment which we found to be tiny and not worth a 4 star rating.the beds and towels where change every day but the floors where never swept or mopped the whole 2 weeks we where there and the bathroom was a disgrace. more

When we booked we were told that these rooms were more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 children as the couches in the lounge made up into beds. The couches turned out to be small bedchairs. This has been the best holiday we have ever had,The staff are so friendly and helpful,entertainment every night,great pool,fantastic restaurant.we stayed here for 1 week,but wish we could have stayed longer.Rooms were cleaned daily,with fresh towels and bed linen.A big thankyou to ismail the waiter,and kiki (part of the enterainment staff).Will be looking forward to going back next year. more
