My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Turkey in the summer but this was despite the hotel, not because of it! On arrival we were lucky to be escorted to our room almost immediately. It was tiny and in massive need of doing up but we considered ourselves lucky compared to the couple with a ten year old child who were given just 2 single beds and told that they would have to wait till the following day to get an extra bed. It is also worth noting that every time we had a shower the bathroom would flood.

The all inclusive food was the same most days but it was left out all day and often surrounded by flies. Unsurprisingly most of the hotel got ill within a few days of arrival - I would definitely recommend taking several boxes of immodium. However this could also have been due to the ice in the all inclusive drinks.
