Have just returned from a long weekend at the Sandcliffe Hotel. Very very disappointed with our room, which was pokey, very out of date, soft furnishings were not nice, overhead bed lamps were bathroom mirror lights with wiring showing. The 'en-suite' was quite smelly and the toilet seat was difficult to sit on as it moved around! The room suffered... more

We booked for 3 nights in the middle of May as the service was so good and the staff made us feel very welcome, we stayed an extra night!!! The hotel is situated on the cliff of Cromer overlooking the sea, if you are lucky enough to have a sea view room it is well worth the extra few pounds... more
