Stayed at the Wellington on a Thursday night the area in general has been cleaned up since last time we were their. The pub itself is a teenagers pub, but by 11pm all was quiet. Room 2 was excellent breakfast was very good in the separate Court Yard Restuarant menu and wine list looked very good for evening meals all... More

We thought we might be taking a chance staying in a B&B above a pub.... noise, late night goings on etc. but not a sound, (it was a Sunday though). Set within 20 paces of the cliff top and ideal for town and pier our family room (2+2) with additional put-u-up bed was perfect for our 1 night stop over.... More

Just returned from a one night stay at the Wellington in Cromer. We went on a reccommendation from the in-laws who spent time in the Wellington during their visit a few weeks earlier. We took our little Jack Russell, Dexter who was welcomed everywhere! Ate in the bar in the evening and sat and had a few drinks with our... More

We had a one night stay at the Wellington as we were seeing a band on the pier (100 yards away). It was it was snowing with an icy wind but the pub, room and restaurant were warm and cosy, the staff also made us very welcome. It is a traditional lively pub but the room was quiet, simply but... We visited just after it was re-vamped in February and they have done a great job, tasteful decor, all the little finishing touches, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, flat screen TVs. We had a family room which consisted of a double and one single sleigh bed, perfect for our needs and reasonably priced. The breakfast wasn't an option at... More

Myself and husband stayed in Cromer for the night at the end of October. The rooms we like boutique hotel rooms very tastefully done. We only ate in the restaurant once where we were told there was an offer on. We had to meals for under £12.00, the seafood chowder was awesome. Would definitely stay again

We had a two night stay and would happily return again. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, simply but stylishly decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast in the courtyard restaurant and a drink in the traditional bar. The Wellington is one of the livelier pubs in Cromer with good... More
