We enjoyed a one-night stay at this excellent comfortable farmhouse. They were very accommodating and allowed us to drop our luggage in the room early afternoon and return later. Breakfast was taken in the spacious dining room and we were able to spend some time in conversation with the owner - not always the case in our experience. We will... More

Janet was the perfect hostess and we really couldn't have asked for anything else. Every detail was covered, and the room / bathroom were beautiful with sea views on both sides. A perfect night's sleep with such comfy bedding you could stay there all day. We met the little puppy and two older dogs, who were all very affectionate and... More

Beautifully decorated modern farmhouse, superbly finished, excellent locally sourced breakfast (scrambled eggs with salmon no less), pleasant welcome including tea and biscuits on arrival. A bit out of the way but near minack theatre though it's a bit of a hike if you're not driving. All in all a brilliant place well worth the money. More

Having travelled Britain for the third time, we have to say we did not found such a friendly host like Janet before. As far as it is possible in an B&B, we felt really welcome, which always is of some importance to us. Ardensawah Farm is located perfectly if you want to explore the south-western part of Cornwall, with Land's... More

The first time we stayed here we were on a three stop holiday. Ardensawah farm was our second destination but when Janet greeted us in such a lovely welcoming way we really felt like our holiday started right there. Janet is like the most loving sister in the world and nothing is too much trouble. Michael is her hard working... More

We were on a walking holiday of the South West Coast path. The farmhouse was in a fabulous setting on our route. The rooms and remote location meant we had a good night sleep. The outlook from our room was over beautiful heather and gorse moors in full colour with the sea as the backdrop; absolutely idyllic. The decor of... More

From the moment you walk in the door, you are met by the most friendly atmosphere. Its not just a B&B, it´s a Farmhouse with a fantastic family that run it. Janet & Michael open the doors to their house to guests from all over the world. Sit down at the large breakfast table and a have a conversation with... More
