They do not respond to any questions. They even charged us twice (credit card + cash) and never answered to our complaints. No pick-up service as stated. more
Very strange place. Only one member of staff who was doing everyhing including picking up and dropping people to Stansted Airport. We arrived at 6.30pm and were unable to rouse anyone to answer the door. After leaving messages we finally had a call back 15 minutes later as we were about to leave, saying someone was on their way. We were not picked up at the airport as promised. The room we were in looked nothing like the picture on the website.
