Just returned from a long, long road trip. We stayed at this motel Thursday and Friday. We were in a suite consisting of 2 queen beds, 1 king bed and a fold out couch. Fake fireplace, sink, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge. The bathroom was huge with a very large jacuzzi tub. We never used the pool... more

I found this hotel online and selected it based on location. I work in the hotel industry, so I have a pretty keen sense on how a hotel should operate. Our issues began right from check-in. When my wife and I arrived at the front desk, there were two employees; one was on her cell phone texting, and the other... more

My husband, myself, and our children live in the area but we had my mom and sister staying with us and wanted a hotel room for one night so we could swim and have a fun time with the kids. We found the online special of $99.95 a night for a master suite and upon checking in on a Friday... more

This is one hotel you need to avoid!!! The room was fine but don't expect any extra's. No coffee or coffee pot in the room. No shampoo in the room. No hair dryer in the room. The pool was supposedly OK, but was about 60 degrees. We heard they were waiting for a heater but the manager said it was... more

Hotel was ok. The staff was friendly. No Refrigerator in room, no contential breakfast, Pool heater was broke the whole 4 days we stayed there. Parking was terrible. Very limited space so if you went out at night you would end up parking in the street. But the location is great right on boardwalk. The rooms are very outdated. more

If you have a vehicle larger than a VW Bug, don't go here. The parking lot is the worst I've ever been in. Even the front desk help admitted it was awful. I almost couldn't get out when I checked out. It shouldn't even qualify as a legal parking lot. The price was high for what we got. I had... more

The Washington Inn was a typical tourist hotel. The rooms were very clean, if a bit outdated. The location on the boardwalk was great. The terrace suites were very nice if you are in the market for an upgrade. The hotel was not what I expected from the Web site (which, by the way, does not take online reservations). The... more

The parking is awful. They have about 30 parking spaces for the whole hotel cramed into a little tiny spot. The first day we were there we came back mid-day and the cleaning staff left our door open. The sink leaked, the tolet kept backing up.. and when you needed assistance no one was at the front desk. The resaurants... more

This place was an ok place. But most of the staff seemed to be from outside of the country and had a hard time understanding our questions. When we came to our room the toilet was plugged (not disgusting water, but plugged all the same). We called the service desk and they said they would bring up a plunger for... more
